We'll keep this simple: we don't know who you are unless you tell us. You can browse Badger Flatwork all day long and we'll never ask for your name, email, or anything personal. The only time we collect any personal information is when you voluntarily fill out a form — and even then, we only use it for exactly what you asked for.

Browsing Is Anonymous

When you browse Badger Flatwork, we use basic analytics to understand things like which pages are popular and how people find us. This helps us make the site better. Here's what that looks like:

• Which pages get visited (so we know what's useful)
• How you found us — a search engine, a link, etc.
• General browser info — screen size, device type
• Approximate location (country/region level, not your address)

None of this is tied to you personally. We can't identify you from it, and we don't try to. We use Umami (a privacy-focused analytics tool that doesn't use cookies) and PostHog (which uses a cookie to understand how people navigate the site across pages, but doesn't track you across other websites).

When You Fill Out a Form

If you choose to submit a form — like requesting an estimate or sending us a message — that's when you're sharing personal information with us. And only because you decided to.

This typically includes:

• Your name
• Email address
• Phone number (if you provide one)
• Whatever you write in the message or notes field

What We Do With Form Data

We use the information you submit for one purpose: to help connect you with qualified concrete flatwork contractors in your area. That's it.

• Your request may be shared with relevant concrete flatwork contractors so they can follow up with you
• We store your submission so we can process it and follow up if needed
• We do not sell your information — not to data brokers, advertisers, or anyone else
• We don't add you to marketing lists or send you promotional emails

What We Don't Do

• No data selling — ever, to anyone
• No cross-site tracking — we don't follow you around the internet
• No ad networks — no Google Ads, Facebook Pixel, or retargeting
• No marketing emails — we only contact you about something you asked for

If you submitted a form and want us to delete your information, just email us at hello@badgerflatwork.com. We'll take care of it.

Third-Party Services

Google Fonts: We load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes requests to Google's servers. Google's privacy policy applies to that interaction.

External Links: When you click a link to a business website or other external site, that site's own privacy policy applies. We can't control what they do.

Children's Privacy

This site isn't designed for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from kids.

If we change how we handle data, we'll update this page. Nothing sneaky — just check back if you're curious.
